The German car park equipment we supply is the best in the business, but it used to be let down on the reporting side. The manufacturer was struggling to create the reporting our clients needed because their equipment generates binary logs rather than using a database.
Ignia were great. They succeeded in converting the binary logs into a database, something the manufacturers have been trying to achieve for years! "We've been working with Ignia for three years developing new systems for our entire business. We're very happy with the systems we've received so far which include CRM, sales, payments, accounts, marketing, branch management and bookings.
